RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns within +91 8976441445 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@xaro.co.in with your order details.
1.3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
1.4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment method.
1.5. Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
2.1. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
2.2. To request an exchange, contact us at info@xaro.co.in and specify the desired replacement.
2.3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
3.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within +91 8976441445 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3.2. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or offer a full refund.
